Warranty

All fuel systems, fabricated assemblies, or complete projects manufactured and/or installed by Southern Integrated Services, Inc. (Southern ISI), are warranted by Southern ISI for a period of twelve (12) months from shipment or installation against defects in materials and workmanship. Defects occurring within the stated warranty period, Southern ISI, will repair or replace, at Southern ISI’s option. The customer / owner is responsible for transportation charges of the defective part or parts to Southern ISI.

Exclusions

This warranty is exclusive of damage to any equipment, parts, or projects that have been altered in anyway, neglect, subjected to misuse, accident, corrosion, normal wear and tear, improper usage, improper application, or improper installation by others. Any unauthorized repairs to Southern ISI’s fuel systems, fabricated assemblies, or completed projects may cause this warranty to be declared null and void.

Claim Procedures

In order to obtain performance by Southern ISI of its obligations under this warranty, the original customer / owner is responsible for notifying Southern ISI, in writing, of any claims against this warranty. Southern ISI must be notified within 30 days of the discovery of a purported breach of warranty, but not later than the expiration period.

Limitations

There are no other warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Southern ISI be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, lost sales, lost profits, or other damages of similar nature incurred by the customer / owner or any third party.
